Is it really free?

Yes. Our sourcing and introductions cost you nothing — we’re compensated by the providers we introduce, only after they win work. You never pay BluWave to be matched.

Does BluWave read all of our Slack?

No. It only sees channels a member explicitly invites it to, plus direct messages with the app. It never reads channels it is not a member of.

Who sees a project request?

Only the BluWave concierge team assigned to your firm — and only after you tap Send on the brief. Nothing is submitted automatically.

Do I need to be a Slack admin?

Depending on your workspace settings, an admin may need to complete or approve the install. After that, any member can @mention BluWave or DM it directly.

What if we already work with BluWave?

Then nothing changes except the front door. Requests from Slack route to the same team you already know, with the same fast turnaround.
